Golden Gate hide-away

The Golden Gate Bridge, aside from being a world renowned structure, it also has picturesque views. If you are in Northern California and and would like an "out of the way view" of it there is a road on the north side of the bridge that travels along the coast and has many places to pull over and take photos. Photo quality will depend on the weather and oddly enough during the summer usually the views are fogged in. If you are a history lover there is an old military outpost at the north end of the bridge that is eerie, but interesting, kind of like a deteriorating glimpse at the WWII era.

Getting there: It is the simplest place in the world to get to. At the north end of the bridge take the first exit and head west. Make sure to keep your eyes on the road some of the views might be breath taking but not as much as falling off a sheer cliff, so please pull over to pause and take in the scenery. Safe Travels!!!
